Regardless if it&#8217;s a color you like, use it as a visualization tool, as you journey down the weight loss path.  </p>
<p>Not only can you picture yourself in that sexy hot dress, but allow the color red guide you.  Red means you are passionate, sexy, and in control.  You have the ability to make choices that you never before thought possible.</p>
